 | Landon Miller is a Lexington native and graduated high school from Lexington Christian Academy in 2012. Landon joined Weed Man in 2011 as a junior in high school as a part time door to door representative for Weed Man. Once he graduated high school, Landon worked part time in the sales room while attending Bluegrass Community and Technical College. Landon then transitioned into our service department full time in the spring of 2013 where he worked as a technician treating lawns in the Lexington area. In the fall of 2018 Landon was promoted to service supervisor for our service department where he was in charge of 8-10 guys and their daily routes/production. In the fall of 2022 Landon was promoted to branch manager of our Lexington service department where he oversees all daily operations of all 26 of our trucks. Landon is married to his wife Mikeh of 6 years and has 3 beautiful children. |
.JPG) | Andrew Dawkins grew up in Versailles, Kentucky. He enjoys traveling with his wife and has a keen interest in working on computers. Pursuing his culinary passion, Andrew obtained a certification after high school. He then joined Weed Man in 2021. Andrew's journey at Weed Man began in 2021, where he gained valuable experience. Despite his initial interest in culinary arts, Andrew found his calling in the lawn care industry at Weed Man. He was promoted to Technical Supervisor in 2023. Today, Andrew remains committed to his role at Weed Man. He values teamwork and continuous improvement, aiming to create a positive work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the team's success.

Barry is proud of the thirty-five years of experience he has in the commercial and residential lawn care industry. His professional journey, starting as an entry-level sales representative, showcases a steadfast climb to the role of regional director over the last two decades.
His greatest satisfaction stems from witnessing the growth and development of the talented individuals who report to him. He is dedicated to fostering an environment where team members fulfill their individual career goals, contributing not only to their success but also to the overall success of the organization.
Beyond his professional commitments, He is the proud father of six highly successful children, and his most cherished role is that of "Papa Bear" to seven grandchildren. His wife Kristyn and him find joy in spending their summers at the lake, navigating its waters on their boat, and passionately supporting their favorite Cincinnati sports teams.

Stacie Smith started her career with Weed Man as a Customer Service Representative where she used her skills to grow long-lasting relationships with our customers. In 2015 Stacie was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and in 2017 was promoted to Administrative Manager. During her time at Weed Man, she has grown the customer service team and has helped the team to excel in providing top-notch customer service and expert lawn care solutions to our customers. Stacie would say that helping her team reach their goals both personally and professionally and seeing her team members see their full potential is what is important to her. Outside of work, Stacie is a devoted wife, a loving mother to three, and a proud Mimi to her beautiful granddaughter, Luna. Stacie is an avid car enthusiast, and she spends her free time sharing that passion with her family.
